FRESHERS WEEK 2009

A new university year, a new challenge was needed; to dominate the planning and the execution of all the universities in Manchester’s Fresher’s week.

This was achieved by running 27 events over 11 days across all the major clubs in Manchester. This was accomplished through promotional campaigns and logistical management.

The decision was made to theme each night to add “that something extra” to the overall student experience, and securing students favour towards our Funk Event’s nights.

Let’s not forget student safety was a priority for the week with marshals and Funk Events staff on hand to help at the beginning, during and end of every event.

The week was a huge success in terms of student and venue satisfaction.
